A Hydrology and Water Resources Simulation Center was established in 2001, and the equipments, facilities and research platforms are listed as follows.
(1) Water quality on-line monitoring equipment, water quality bio-chemical analysis apparatus, the experimental system for the dynamic simulation of water environments, and the on-line measurement of water body deoxygenating, re-aeration and the organic contaminant concentrations, the experimental system for the dynamical simulation of eutrophication of water environments.
(2)"3S"-based digital watershed research platform, using the physically-based watershed hydrological models to dynamically simulate runoff generation and concentration, flood routing, and land inundation.
